This notice covers personal data collected through this website, relaiy.ai. It does not cover patient data processed when a trust uses Relaiy in care. For that, the trust is the data controller and Relaiy acts as its processor under a written contract.

What we collect
When you contact us through this website, we collect your name, role, organisation, care setting, the languages you need, your preferred contact method, your work email address and, if you give it, your phone number.
Why we use it
We use these details only to reply to you and to understand which settings and languages matter most. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep the details you send us for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we use to run email and store records. Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
